All judging and rules shall be as per the Competition and Judging Manual Issue No 7 published by AFLACA.
Ideally all divisions should be entered in Novice or Open but not compulsory.
A novice entrant may enter all divisions if they wish, but entrants who have won in higher level competitions are only eligible to enter the Open division.
Entries must be clearly marked with division and the name of the gem material. Entrants name must NOT appear on the box, but MUST be enclosed separately for identification purposes.
Minimum size in all sections is 6mm on the shortest axis of outline shape viewed from above.
Stones more than 0.1mm below minimum size will be ineligible.
Entries must be received at the club no later than 15 October 2011.
Entries, Judging sheets should be available for collection at the December club meeting.
