February Facet News
The club has opened again after the holiday break and we look like having a busy year ahead in the faceting sector. We have set dates for courses for the year and will run more if demand requires it.
We have set a few “Open Saturdays” as a trial for those who need a little extra help. You can bring your own machine or use a club machine. It is open to all faceters from novice to advanced.
For those needing to use club machines please put your name in the diary supplied in the faceting room. Also please record the date of any CLUB DOPS you are using and the date when returned in the notebook. Anybody who has club dops in their possession could you finish your stone ASAP and return the dops for other people to use as we appear to be short of some sizes.
Our first course will be a Novice on 9th and 10th February 8.30am to 3pm and an Introductory on 23rd and 24th February. Put your names on the notice board and you will be placed in the relevant course.
